THE VILLAGES AT SUNRISE BEACH, MO.
Hancock Construction has been working on this upscale sub-division for the past seven years, building roads and infrastructure for the neighborhood at Shawnee Bend. The sub-division boasts 10 miles of shoreline property at the Lake of the Ozarks.

MISSOURI FURNITURE WAREHOUSE
This 55 thousand square foot retail building completed in the fall of 2003 required the demolition and clearance of an existing residence on the property as well as site preparation work by Hancock Construction. The project required installation of footings, cross walls, building slab and parking lots. Four thousand yards of concrete were poured for Missouri Furniture Warehouse.

LAKE OZARK STATE PARK
Five 40 thousand gallon water storeage tanks were recently installed by Hancock Construction at Lake Ozark State Park on Highway 42 in Osage Beach, MO. Hancock Construction has also been the lead contractor in water main and fire hydrant projects in Osage Beach, MO.
