COMPANY HISTORY Hancock Construction has been serving the Lake of the Ozarks and vicinity for 30 years. Founder and president David Hancock began his career in 1965 building watershed lakes in Warrensburg, Missouri and facilitating highway construction in Greater Kansas City. In 1975, Hancock Construction was established at Sunrise Beach, MO., serving both residential and commercial customers at the Lake of the Ozarks.
